Being given the project to market for a fundraising campaign as a Marketing Intern in Drama Box 🎭

Joining Drama Box towards the end of 2022 was truly fruitful for me. Being part of the planning and marketing of their annual fundraising campaign made me learn about how important is it to having fund in running an arts organisation in Singapore.

Drama Box is a socially-engaged theatre company known for creating works that inspire dialogue, reflection and change. They shine spotlight on the marginalized narrative and make space for the communal to contemplate on complex issue and provoke deeper understanding.

End of 2022, Drama Box started 4 fundraising campaign to raise fund for their upcoming projects:

  1. Looking to start new projects with “New Year, New Possibilities”
  2. Turning their inaugural youth camp into a reality
  3. Supporting the work of a Young Artist
  4. Supporting Experimentation and Collaboration

During my time as a marketing intern in Drama Box, I got to design the marketing materials for Drama Box’s giving.sg fundraising campaign. I also managed to film and edit the fundraising campaign for their inaugural youth camp. Truly appreciative of Drama Box for giving me the space for exploration and creativity in the designing and creation of the materials.
