Echoes of the Bay - Presentation for Digital Storytelling Conference in Brazil
Echoes of the Bay - Presentation for Digital Storytelling Conference in Brazil
When being approached and asked by Arts Management’s Program Leader, Dr Natalia Grinchevia, on my interest on leading the Echoes of the Bay project, I hopped onto this opportunity without thinking twice. This project is a collaboration between LASALLE College of the Arts Singapore BA Arts Management Students and Visceral Reality Artist and Educator, Benedict Yu. It was presented during the Singapore Night Festival 2025 and Singapore Design Week 2025, attracting close to 500 attending the events through the duration of all 5 days.

In this project, I got to connect with many communities individuals, allowing me to hear and learn from different stories everyday. I am really honored to get to work with Poetry Festival Singapore, Project Broken Barges, Checkpoint Theatre, and many Singapore storytellers.
This project also got me onto international stage, presenting it in Osaka in early October and Brazil in late October. It also got us the opportunity to present at the SG Youth Forum, alongside with our collaborator, Project Broken Barges.

In this project, I got to work with an amazing bunch of people. My juniors, who were complete strangers initially, and now they are someone who could rely on completely. Benedict Yu, one of BA Arts Management graduate, and the artist behind the project. I am truly grateful to have worked with this wonderful bunch of people on this project.
The team was also super grateful to Our SG Fund for funding up to 8k for this project.
