As part of the Singapore Youth Action Plan, Youth Action Challenge (YAC) aims to design a space to support youth to influence policy change and start ground-up initiatives. Youth participants in YAC have a chance to pitch government leaders and industry experts, and may receive up to $50k grant as support to implement their ideas.
My team presented an idea focusing on youth mental health condition. Using the idea of ‘choice’ game, we get audiences to make choices to the conditions that they are met with, and each choices would come with a consequence. With this idea, the team was presented with a $5k grant for the implementation of the project.
This project was then collaborated with Singapore Polytechnic’s Media, Arts and Design students, specializing in Motion Effects, Animation, and Sound and Music, in the creation of the animation.
